Rachell is a recent repatriate after 9 years of living in South Korea where she taught EFL and started the Seoul chapter of Django Girls. She's passionate about Python, Django, and community. Although her background is in foreign languages she has landed on her feet in the world of programming languages.

When she's not organizing community events or django-ing, you might find her salsa dancing, doing martial arts, jogging or trying to pick up a new language. She is currently very tired from moving all her stuff from Korea to Michigan but excited about starting a new career and being part of the awesome Django Community.
