Board Game Night

On Tuesday night, we'll be playing board games in Huntsman Hall at 6:00 pm on the 8th floor!

Program

The DjangoCon US program features both novice talks for people just starting their journey into the world of development, as well as advanced talks for experienced developers.

Venue accessibility

We’re aiming to make this event accessible for everyone. Read more about how we’re working to make DjangoCon US accessible for everyone, and let us know if we’ve missed something.

Quiet Room

We will provide a clearly-marked designated quiet room. This room is intended to be a calm and quiet place for anyone who needs to have a break from the bustle of the conference, for whatever reason.

Job Search

We’ll have boards available so you can let people know if you’re recruiting new team members, or looking for a new position yourself!

Dietary requirements

We aim to meet all dietary requirements. You will be able to specify these when purchasing your ticket.

Lightning Talks (aka ⚡️Talks)

Lightning Talks are short (5-minute maximum) presentations. Signups for ⚡️Talks will be available at DjangoCon. If you submitted a talk, but it wasn't accepted, consider doing a ⚡️Talk version. Or, if you've never presented at a conference, a ⚡️Talk can be a great way to get started.

Welcome to Philadelphia!

The birthplace of America is a perfect place to make your first commit, give your first talk, or attend your first Django conference! The Wharton School of Business is working with us to make this event accessible, fun, and delicious. Philadelphia’s rich history, amazing sports teams, quintessentially American cuisine, and classic architecture make it a perfect backdrop to a week spent learning about code. The City of Siblingly Love, and all the DjangoCon organizers, welcome you!
